Make the technical human
Ten years in Apple Retail taught me to discover the real need behind the first request, explain complexity clearly and leave people more capable than I found them.
Open application · Aberdeen, UK
Technical customer enablement, AI adoption and Hermes workflow implementation — from someone who has spent a decade turning complex technology into useful human outcomes.
NOT A TITLE. A PROBLEM SPACE.
Ten years in Apple Retail taught me to discover the real need behind the first request, explain complexity clearly and leave people more capable than I found them.
As an In-Store Experience Lead, I helped run two Madrid stores: people, events, resources, maintenance, opening, closing and the operational surprises between the lines.
I build practical workflows with Hermes Agent, MCP, APIs, Telegram, cron and Linux/VPS infrastructure. Then I debug them, document them and improve the next iteration.

NO HAND-WAVING
Customer discovery, consultative technical service, troubleshooting, operational ownership, documentation, communication and a high bar for care.
I am not presenting myself as a senior software engineer. I have no external enterprise Hermes deployment history. I am learning the deeper engineering layers by building in public and staying precise about the gaps.
If none of the current roles is quite right, I would still like to understand where a hybrid technical-and-human profile could help Nous move faster without losing the human part.
